Adam has over 18 years of working experience including more than 6 years in middle-market private equity, investor-backed, and family office portfolio companies where he has held highly visible leadership positions directing finance, supply chain, sales, and logistics teams. He has participated in 4 profitable exits equaling approximately $300M and has worked in manufacturing companies in Latin America and Asia. Although his titles have been primarily finance-related, his experience has revolved closely around operations, engineering, and sales. Adam currently lives in Houston with his wife and son.
He holds an MBA from Rice University.

Stephen is a veteran who served as a commissioned officer and aviator for the U.S. Coast Guard. His extensive career spans from consulting with McKinsey & Company, to leading operations and performance improvement at Sealed Air and 3D Systems. Stephen has served as the CEO of TransPac Aviation Academy and AMT Medical, and held Board positions at Transformative Healthcare and XponentialWorks.
Stephen is currently Managing Director of Kamylon, an investment firm supporting entrepreneurs seeking to acquire small and medium-sized private businesses.
He holds an BS in economics from the US Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from London Business School.
JEFFREY MOSELEY
ADVISOR
Jeffrey is an Army veteran that has over 20 years of experience in the defense sector. He started his defense career working in satellite communications and IT. He later transitioned into strategic advisory roles, which included time working abroad in places like Germany, Russia, Uruguay, Chile, and more. Jeffrey currently lives in Houston with his wife and two children.
He holds an MBA from Rice University.
